Nylon snaps are a great durable and economical choice for any outdoor in-ground flag pole. They are quiet and non-marking.  The mounting eye fits halyard up to 5/16 of an inch thick.  These Snap Hooks are sold as pairs (Quantity 1 = 1 pair or two rings).
